• Shipping within the continental U.S.

  • Free shipping on orders of $2000 or more.

  • Shipping under $2000.00 will be calculated depending on location

• Shipping outside the continental U.S.

  • Orders of $2000 or more have a flat shipping charge of $255.00 each depending on Size and Locations

  • Orders of $1999.99 and less will be calculated on size and weight  

  • All custom/border charges are the full responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Regardless of the above charges, if it is freight shipping, it is fully the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged Shipments Due to Shipping Company

• Please thoroughly inspect your package upon delivery, as the customer/recipient must notify the deliverer/trucker of any visible signs of damage to the packaging material and/or product at the time of delivery for insurance claim purposes. Otherwise, there is no insurance coverage available.

• Non-visible damage to the product due to shipping must be reported to MedSurge International within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Otherwise, there is no insurance coverage available.

• If the equipment is damaged beyond use or visibly needs repair, the customer should refuse delivery of the shipment and notify MedSurge immediately.
